Kettlebell Fit UK is a brilliant fitness class open to both men and women, anyone who would like a real challenge in their exercise regime. A kettlebell workout will feel different to any other workout you will do, the kettlebell’s themselves are basically ball weights with handles which can be used in a variety of kettlebell movements to achieve a tough full body workout. The classes are high intensity, and great results can be achieved including fat loss, muscle toning, increased fitness, increased strength and endurance.

Each week you will be given a different session so that your body is constantly challenged.Kettlebell
