Planning a Birthday Party and want to do something that your child will truly enjoy?
At North Merchiston Club you can organise a memorable experience for your little ones.

We offer two hour use of our large halls and a separate room for food for just £35. Kids Birthday parties can be held in our halls most weekend Afternoons and on Fridays 2.00-4.00pm.
We can provide our new Disco   Lights Bouncy Castle (£40) and our large toys suitable for 2-5yr Olds ( £20.) Ball Pond ( £15) 
You can of course, organise your own entertainment or party theme. We can recommend  Step-it-up Dance and Velasco Walker School of Dance who currently run classes here but you can bring your own entertainment.
We now provide catering for all parties and will send you our Party Catering Leaflet along with our booking Forms.  We believe our catering is reasonably priced with a good selection and sure your kids will enjoy it.  Self Catering for your child and friends can be done but there is no facilities for your adult guests, but they are most welcome to visit cafe.

My daughter's party was booked for a Friday afternoon and it turned out to be a great slot. Had a relatively quiet environment and plenty of sraff to help with preparations and food. The hall is spacious and lots of toys to share between the 25 guests. Also was allowed to use speaker so we could play some music. Party was great and all children fitted nicely into the party room for their snack. Really handy to have as venue with a well priced party package, will definitely consider for next year too.

 

Emily had a fabulous time at her birthday party. The hall and lunch room were perfect. It’s great value for money and being able to hire all the toys and bouncy castle means kids won’t be bored. The staff were great, really friendly and efficient. Lots of our friends have already used you for their parties but I’d definitely recommend you to others. Thanks to everyone for making it a stress free enjoyable experience. 

 

This is the second time I have hired the hall for a children’s party and it’s still as good as ever! The value for money that you get it superb. Considering you are hiring the hall for 2 hours it is such a reasonable price plus you get half an hour either side to set up/tidy up.
We hired the new bouncy castle, ride on toys and ball pool for my 4 year old’s party. All were a success. They loved the ball pool. The two seater trike was very popular. All the kids were after it! My son loved the playhouse/Wendy house which wasn’t there last time we booked.
I am pleased you allow parents to do our own catering. We did our own catering the first time round but after the refurbishment it looked like catering was off limits for parents. I quite enjoy preparing the food and have all the equipment for parties so was really pleased that we are still allowed to do our own food.
Overall I am delighted with the venue and facilities. My guests were equally impressed and some had never been before but were definitely interested in hiring it themselves. I could not recommend this place more highly. It is excellent. Perfect for a 4 year old party.
