Check out our new wellness library with books on lots of topic to support your overall wellbeing.

3. Connection


Join a brand new networking events, Wellness and Fitness Networking Event in the club. This monthly event is a chance for you to meet professionals who can support your wellness journey. The first event will be in September/October so watch this space for more details.

4. Relax

Take time to unwind

Come to Café 48 and have a good coffee or tea and take time to rest.
