Mon-Fri 9am - 9pm (Last entry 8.30pm)
Sat- Sun 9am - 4pm (Last entry 3.30pm)

Gym membership is £12 per month on a standing order or £120 for a year.

No contract, no joining fees or cancellation fees.

Each member must go through an induction with our personal trainer Kim. Once you register, Kim will contact you to arrange your induction.
