We all have moments of feeling stressed, anxious, and even angry. If you would like to live a calmer life, feeling safer and more confident then this workshop is for you. Interactive and sharing exercises and methods that will help you live that calmer life, feel more confident and improve emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
This will be a mix of practical exercises that you can use whenever you need them to live a calmer less stressed life and will give you tools to manage emotions, we will also she mindfulness and meditations during the workshop.

Sharing kids' fun ways to calm their mind and body, calming comforting methods to increase the sense of safety and love. Manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviours through play, mindfulness, and self-care.
Fun and interactive for kids and parents, using methods such as mindfulness, drawing and breathing exercises and ways to really reduce stress in young people, this is designed to very much an enjoyable experience for young people and family members - ages 4+ right up to any age.
