Four simple steps
2.5-hour parties · Packages from £70
1. Check our online calendar to see if there is a free 12:30–3pm slot in the MAIN HALL on the Saturday of your choosing.
2. Download and complete the Birthday Party Booking Form.
3. Read the Terms & Conditions.
4. Send your form to info@northmerchiston.co.uk by email, by post or in person.

Café 48 is separate from your party booking
Café 48 is not part of your contract with NMC for your birthday party, so we are not able to store, heat or cook food for any party.
If you bring your own food, you are solely responsible for it — we advise you to read the Terms & Conditions.
